Returns & Exchanges Policy

✅ Eligible Items (All Categories Except Clearance)

If your item didn’t meet your expectations or didn’t fit your pet, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange  as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • Item is new

  • Unused

  • Clean

  • Tags are attached

  • In original packaging

  • All Clearance items are Final Sale and are:
    • Non-returnable

    • Non-exchangeable

    • Non-refundable

⚠️ Items returned used or dirty will be discarded and not refunded.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your Order Number in your message.

  3. State the reason for your Return

    ⚠️ For Quick Returns please go to: Order History > Select Order > More Actions > Create Return > Choose Items you want to Return > State Reason > Whether you need a Return Label.

🚚 Return Shipping Options

We do not provide free return labels, but you have two options:

Option 1: Ship It Yourself

  • Visit your nearest USPS or UPS

  • Ship to the address below

  • Include a tracking number for your records

Option 2: Request a Prepaid Return Label

  • We can email you a return label

  • A $7 flat shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. (An additional fee will apply when returning houses, beds and carriers due to their size and volume.)

  • Request this option when contacting us

           ⚠️ On either option, original shipping will not be refunded.


🔁 Exchanges

  • Follow Steps 1-3 of the How to Request a Return Instructions above

    • When contacting us, please specify the new size needed. You may check our sizing chart and select the correct size based on the largest measurement. If you are still unsure of the size you may contact us for assistance.
  • If you're exchanging an item for a different size or product, we’ll cover the one-way shipping back to you. This means you will have to pay shipping one-way (your return to us) so we can then pay one-way shipping back to you (shipping of new item). For this, you can either:

    • Go ahead and ship the item back to us with your preferred carrier (include tracking # and save it until we have confirmed receipt of your return. Please include a note along with your return specifying the new size or product needed) or;

    • Request a Return Label from us and we will send you a link to pay it (Return Label Flat Fee $7). Please include a note with the new size or product needed.

  • If the new item is of greater price, you will receive an invoice which will include the price difference. If the new items is of less price, you will get a store credit for the price difference.
